Owl Art

I've been looking for a large animal themed print and love this one by Jessica Albarn. It ticks all my boxes as I love Owls, its a large print and I want something with a darker, more sombre, contemplative mood. Only trouble is the price point. A well rounded 2,000 pounds.

Nat Vod

I never quite got the Vodanova appeal. Thought she looked like a toddler on stilts. That's an awful thing to say. Anyhoo - now I get it. Love how these images fly in the face of any Top Model "angles" "smize" "high fashion" "edgy-pretty" advice bollocks.

Fancy Frances

I mentioned earlier we were having my friend Kathryn from Pawtfolio take a few pics of our Frances. We're mad for all the shots. Here's just a few of the fab pics that capture our little terror (not Terrier, she's a Min poodle x Min pinscher). Pet photography fits in perfectly with Kathryn's passion for fur babies - that's her wee man Baxter running in one of the shots. By day Kathryn works in IT, by Summer in wedding photography [here] and by night posting her awesome blog Dewdrop and Dahlia

Yeah Right

Don't get me wrong. I love ASOS lots and lots. It's just some of their clothes, have the potential on me, to be something special and not in a good way. e.g.

On her, country tongue-in-cheek chic...on me, country fingers-down-throat

On her, Guest Suite room 101, on me, Ghetto 911

On her, Oxford classic, on me, curtains

On her, very short dress, on me, very short top creating subtle pregnancy illusion

Old School Rules

I believe my design aesthetic has changed since discovering the world of blogging. I was unprepaired for the visual avalanche and the more bold interiors discoverable. One of the biggest shifts has been the greater appreciation for colour and especially prints. Now, I could go wallpaper mad! Speaking of which. Saw Sanderson advertised in LivingEtc and they can ad me to their 150-year old fan base! Here's their latest 50's inspired turnouts plus a few more traditional looks which I like lots.

Some of your might be familiar with their recently popular Dandelion print...
